Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport
Renovations at the CVG airport were based on architect designs and color schemes that reflected the iconic rivers and hills shared by these two states.
We were tasked with sourcing materials that would meet the impressive design criteria, but stay within cost constraints. FCI manufactured new millwork for the Central Terminal and Concourse incorporating materials that best represented the rivers using blue and gray-hued tile mosaics (river rocks) and wavy-patterned, perforated stainless steel (water). Products manufactured included ticket counters with integrated SSD placement, gate counters, FIDs units, charging work stations, and custom steel paneling.
