Fish Construction, Inc. is a firm that is grounded in the belief that a client deserves the best. From the beginning, the owner Scott A. Fish has worked tirelessly to produce a product that he could be proud of and would make the client happy. To this day, Scott encourages his employees to check every detail of a project meticulously, identify any potential challenges and suggest solutions, and to make each project better than the one before. What once was a company of 3, now employs over 75 people eager to engage in this rewarding experience.

The company has grown through the dedication and commitment of our talented team of project managers, engineers and draftsmen, shop workmen, installation crews and administrative personnel. Much of our success is attributed to our employees that have stayed and grown with the company for 15+ years. They are given the opportunities to learn new skills, and are encouraged to cross-train to broaden their knowledge. This results in employees with the experience and skills to make a project run smoothly through production from beginning to end, and creates an environment of support and trust.

The construction industry, just like any other, has its ups and downs. When times are tough, we have always taken care of our employees and they, in turn, have always been there when we needed them. We are proud of them, and they have continued to support our company and efforts.
