Orlando International Airport
Terminal Renovations
Orlando, Florida

The Main Terminal Ticketing Lobby at Orlando International Airport has been renovated with expanded facilities and new counters offering a modern and clean appearance and improving the passenger check-in experience. The building was widened at the curbside, allowing for over 380 check-in counters inside, and 16 exterior counters for curbside check-in. The new counters manufactured by Fish Construction feature a modern swooped front comprised of bright white solid surface with curved privacy panels. Giant digital video walls behind the counters provide airline and flight information and other fun and interactive images to entertain and inform passengers.

The renovations are part of an ambitious $3.5 billion expansion ongoing at MCO to accommodate increasing passenger growth. A new intermodal train is now operational, and a new South Terminal Complex is underway with the first phases expected to open in the early 2020’s.
